• Activity Data: Actions you take on the platform, such as adding games, completing games, changing statuses, and login streaks. This data is used for the points system and community feed.
• Usage Data: Analytics about how you interact with the site, including pages visited, features used, and device information, collected via PostHog.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain your game collection across devices
• Authenticate your account
• Calculate and award points based on your activity
• Display your activity in the public community feed
• Improve and optimize our services

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security and encryption. Your collection data is associated with your account and synced across your devices.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google/Discord OAuth: For authentication. Their respective privacy policies apply to data they collect during sign-in.
• PostHog: For understanding how users interact with our site. PostHog collects usage data including pages visited, session duration, and device information. You can opt out by declining cookies when prompted or by using browser privacy features. See PostHog's Privacy Policy.
• Sentry: For error monitoring and crash reporting. When errors occur, Sentry collects technical information including error details, browser/device information, and the URL where the error happened. This helps us identify and fix bugs. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.
• IGDB: For game data and cover images. We do not share your personal information with IGDB.
• Cloudflare: For hosting and performance. They may collect standard web traffic data.

Public Information: Your username and game activity (games added, completed, status changes, login streaks) are displayed publicly in the community feed. Your email address and full collection details remain private.

We retain your account and collection data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
